天然气中小流量计量仪表

MEASURING INSTRUMENTS OF MEDIUM AND SMALL GAS FLOW RATES

随着我国城镇民用气、商用气和小型工业用气用户的迅速发展 ,市场需要能准确计量这些中小天然气流量的计量器具。文章简要分析了天然气市场长期来使用的LLQ型腰轮流量计、孔板夹持器配CWD - 430双波纹管差压计产生计量误差的原因。着重介绍了几种适合计量天然气中小流量的新型智能流量计量仪表的性能特点 ,以及对LUXZ型旋进旋涡智能流量计、TDS型智能旋进流量计和TBQZ型智能气体涡轮流量计等仪表进行的现场流量计量对比试验 ,最后提出了选用计量天然气中小流量仪表的建议。

Along with a rapid increase in the domestic gas users, commercial gas users and small-sized industrial gas users in China, the markets are in urgent need for the measuring appliances of accurately metering these medium and small gas flow rates. In the paper, the reasons for forming measuring errors in the Roots flowmeter LLQ and orifice holder-dual bellows CWD - 430 differential pressure flowmeter applied in natural gas markets for a long time are simply analyzed; the performance characteristics of the novel intelligent flowmeters suitable for medium and small gas flow rates and the on-the-spot flow measuring comparative testing results of these appliances as the precessional and vortical intelligent flowmeter LUXZ, intelligent precessional flowmeter TDS and intelligent gas turboflowmeter TBQZ are emphatically introduced; and a suggestion on choosing the instruments of measuring medium and small gas flow rates is proposed finally.
