摘要
研究了醚类 /AlCl3 复合催化体系在间戊二烯树脂合成中的应用 ,筛选出了一种均相复合催化体系 ,考察了该复合催化体系对树脂收率、软化点、相容性、相对分子质量和相对分子质量分布的影响。结果表明 ,采用此复合催化体系可提高树脂的软化点 ,改善树脂的相容性 ,提高树脂的相对分子质量和降低树脂的相对分子质量分布 ,反应收率也可保持在较高水平。
This paper studies the application of composite catalytic system of ether-derivative/AlCl 3 in synthesis of pipevylene resin, evaluates and chooses a homogeneous composite catalytic system and examines the influences of it on the yield, softening point, compatibility, molecular weight and its distribution of the resin.The results indicate that this composite catalytic system can raise the softening point, improve the compatibility, increase the molecular weight and decrease its distribution, and the yield of reaction can also maintain a relatively high level.
