摘要
足够的油剂上油温度对纺丝系统上油单元的设计至关重要。本文设计了不带搅拌的新型蛇管换热器 ,并通过保证蛇管内外充分的强制对流来保证油剂达到足够的出口温度。同时通过对传热和压降当量直径的本质分析 ,将当量直径的定义创造性地从平面拓展到整个流动空间 ,由此根据直流套管环隙模型 ,成功地解决了新设计带来的传热学和水力学计算方面的困难 ,并对上油单元中的油泵、水泵等组件及整个油剂上油回路进行了设计。
It is essential for the design of finishing unit in spinning system to keep high enough temperature.In this paper, a new-type coil heat exchanger is designed and the exit temperature is guaranteed high enough by full forced convection both inside and outside of the coiler.At the same time,through analysis of the equivalent diameter for heat transfer and pressure dropping, this paper extends the definition from two-dimension plane to the whole three-dimension flow space, thus, according to the model of divect flow type drivepipe annular elearahce,successfully solves the problems of calculation in heat transmission and waterpower appearing with the new design, and suggests some new design plans for the parts of oil and water pumps in finishing unit and for the whole oiling loop.
