2～5指掌指关节至近侧指间关节间动脉缺损的修复

Repair of the artery defect between t he metacarpophalangeae and proxima l interphalangeae of fingers.

目的探讨2～5指掌指关节至近侧指间关节间动脉缺损的一种修复术式。方法以掌心动脉为供血管,将指总动脉近端向远端翻转来修复该类动脉的缺损。结论指总动脉及掌心动脉位置较恒定,变异少,孔径较大,且指总动脉位置浅,易于解剖,加上掌浅弓,有足够可利用的长度,用来修复掌指关节至近侧指间关节间动脉缺损,是一种比较实用的术式。但其前提是掌心动脉必须正常。

Objective To introduce the operative method to repair the artery defects between th e metacarpophalangeae to the proxima l interphalangeae from the second to the fifth fingers.Methods The method is that this artery defect was repaired by that the proximal arterial digitalis palmaris communis whic h was reversed to the distal.The aterial m etacarpea palmaris was the blood suppling vessel.Conclusions The posi-tions between the attery digitalis p almaris communis and the attery meta carpea palmaris are fixed.Their spertures are big ,and attery digitalis palmaris communis' s position is superficial so that its anatomy is easy.With enough length .It is a practical operative method .But the artery metacarpea palmaris must be normal.[
