摘要
目的介绍骨片钉(OFFS)的结构特点、使用方法及应用情况。方法采用OFFS治疗32例四肢关节部移位或不稳定骨折,平均年龄38岁。结果26例获得随访3～12月,拔钉20例,无感染、弯钉、断钉、骨折块移位和骨不连接发生。1例发生钉体部分退出,3例钉尾钉尖过长,活动时有不适感,经处理关节功能均良好。结论OFFS适用范围广泛,可用于四肢关节部位骨折,其结构合理固定可靠,兼有克氏针和拉力螺钉的优点,操作简便,手术创伤小,治疗效果良好。对骨质疏松老年患者慎用。
Objective To introduce the structural feature s,usage and clinical application of Orthofix Fragment Fixation System(OFFS).Methods OFFS was used to treat 32patientsfr actures of joint.The av-erage age of the patients is 38.Results26cases were good with 3～12months of follow -up,among which 20cases had the nails removed and there were no infection crooked nail,brok en nail,movement of fragments or un-joint.In one case,part of the nail sh rink,in three cases,the head or tail of the nail is too long and there is dis comfort when moving.But it recovered after proper treatment.Conclusion OFFS can be widely used in fractures o f joint in limbs.Its structure is prop er,fixation is reliable and it has th e advantages of combination nail,pulling screw,the simple operation and little inju ry.It has good effects on fracture an d joint function recovery.[
