护士量表观察精神分裂症病人冲动行为初探

Initial Study of Nursing Scale Observing Aggressive Behaviors of Schizophrenics

为观察精神分裂症病人的冲动行为,将62例患者分为冲动和非冲动两组,并应用护士观察量表进行测定和分析。结果在激惹因子中,两组得分有差异(P<0.05)和显著差异(P<0.01)。笔者认为对住院精神病人进行护士观察量表测定,有利于了解病人的激惹情绪和冲动行为,以助采取相应的护理对策,以及对医护人员的自我保护等都具有一定的意义。

Sixty two schizophrenics were divided into aggressive and nonaggressive groups, measured and analysed using the Nursing Scale in order to observe the aggre Sive bchavors of schizophrenics. The scores of irrritant factors in the 2 groups both showed difference (P<0. 01). To measure inpatient schizophrenics using nursing observing scale is helpful to understant the irritable emotion and aggerssive behavior, to adopt relative nursing countermeasures as well as medical personal to take selfprotec-tion.
