摘要
为了探讨Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型精神分裂症与遗传的关系,对有家族史的精神分裂症患者进行调查。把患者及其父母二系三代亲属中的精神分裂症病人分为Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型,比较患者与其亲属的类型的一致性。患者与其父母二系三代及一级亲属的一致性均较高,X^2检验有非常显著性拦异(P<0.01)。说明精神分裂症的类型与遗传有关。
Schizophrenics who had family history were investigated to study the relationship between Type Ⅰ or Ⅱ scahizophrenia and genetic factors. Patients and the schizophrenics among the relatives of 3 generations of parents'2 systems were both divided into Type Ⅰ and Ⅱ, type's consistence compared between the 2 groups. The consistences of the patients with the 3 generations of parents'2 systems or Ist degree relatives were both higher, χ2 test had very significant difference(P<0. 01). These suggest that the type of schizophrania is related to genetic facor.
