摘要
近期研究者用不同的方法成功地从花粉和花粉管中分离出生殖细胞(Zhou等1986,1988;Zhou 1988,Tanaka 1988,Tanaka等1989,周嫦和吴新莉1990,徐是雄1991a)。这些生殖细胞在离体培养的条件下,不但能够保持生活力。
Generative cells of Allamanda neriifolia were isolated from the pollen tubes using the osmotic shock method. The isolated generative cells at various stages of development (viz. interphase, early, mid and late prophase) were induced to fuse with each other to form cell-fusion products using polyethylene glycol 4000. The fusion products formed usually contained 2 to 3 cells—— interphase cells could fuse with prophase cells and prophase cells could fuse with prophase cells. But within the cellfusion products the nuclei did not fuse.
