摘要
为对MMPI的临床应用价值做进一步探讨,对37例精神分裂症的MMPI测试结果进行统计学分析处理。结果,在判断MMPI测图是否为精神分裂症测图时,分析美国T分中的两点编码量表8及中国T分中的量表6价值较大,但两点编码的符合率及以量表6或量表8为最高点的百分率均较低。提示:MMPI测试结果对精神分裂症的诊断仅有参考价值。
To investigate the clinical value of MMPI. , we studied the MMPI measuring chart in 37 schizophrenia by statistical way. when we judge the MMPI measuring chart is whether schizophrenic measuring chart or not,we found that 2-points code and scale 8 of American t score and scale 6 of Chinese t score were more valuable ,but the 2-points code indentity rate and the highest point percentage of scale 6 and scale 8 were low. MMPI has only reference value on diagnosis of schizophrenia.
