摘要
目的探讨耻骨联合分离的内固定疗效。方法切开复位钢丝固定耻骨联合分离5例。结果随访时已有3例下地行走,无腰腿痛,患肢短缩、跛行等并发症。结论钢丝固定治疗耻骨联合分离的疗效满意,操作方便,创伤小,便于急诊使用,易于基层推广应用。
Objective To study results of open reduction an d internal fixat io n to separation of symphysis pubis.Methods Five patients with separation of sy m physis pubis had been treated by open reduction and in-ternal fixation with s teel wire.Results The results showed that good results had been gained without morbidity.Conclusion the results are satisfied if separation of symphysis pubis are treated by open reduction and internal fixation.
