ICP-MS法分析比较红菇茑果肉与外皮中的5种微量元素

Analysis and Compare the 5 Kinds of Required Trace Elements of the Fresh and Skin of Cape Gooseberry by Inductive Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrum

采用微波消解处理样品,运用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定红菇茑中的5种微量元素,并比较红菇茑果肉与外皮中微量元素的含量.在优化的实验条件下得到相对标准偏差为1.21%~3.17%,该方法具有操作简便、快速、灵敏度高和能同时检测多种元素等优点.

The 5 kinds of required trace elements of fresh and skin in the cape goosrberry,digested by microwave are analyzed and compared by inductive coupled plasma mass spectrum(ICP-MS).Under the optimum conditions,the relative standard deviation(RSD,n = 6) is 1.21% ~ 3.17%.The method is simple operation,rapid and high sensitivity.
