辽宁省利用外资现状分析及对策研究

Analysis of Present Situation and Countermeasures of Foreign Direct Investment of Liaoning Province

辽宁省作为东北地区老工业基地,近年来在引进外资项目及金额上屡创新高,促进了区域经济的发展,但在利用外资的过程中也存在着地区分布不平衡、产业结构不合理、引资主体单一等问题。为提升辽宁利用外资的水平,应该加强吸引外资的软环境建设,注重引资方式的多元化,引导外资在地区间合理分布,促进产业结构优化升级等。

As the old industrial base of Northeast China,in recent years Liaoning province has get high levels in the projects and the amount of foreign direct investment( FDI).This has promoted the regional economic development.But Liaoning's FDI faces many problems,including the disequilibrium of regional distribution,the unreasonable industrial structure and the single FDI principals.In order to improve the level of Liaoning's FDI,we should strengthen the construction of soft environment,emphasize the diversification of mode in attracting foreign investment,lead the foreign capital to distribute in regions reasonably and promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.
