基于学生评教影响因素的教学质量提升策略

Consideration of improving the teaching quality based on the influence factors of students' teaching evaluation

通过对高校学生评教影响因素的实证分析,构建了影响学生评教的因素体系,包括教师方面、学生方面、课程方面、评教组织与管理方面的9个显著性因素,并提出了相应的教学质量提升策略。

In this paper,through the questionnaire and statistics analysis of the influencing factors of high school evaluation,we construct the system of influencing factors of students' teaching evaluation including teachers,students,curriculum,evaluation of teaching organization and management. The results show a total of9 significant factors,and proposed the corresponding teaching quality improvement strategy.
