摘要 在探索全面提高教育质量和人才培养质量教育实践中,精致化理念走入高校思想政治教育工作视域。作为精致化理念终极价值追求,"精致育人"既是一种价值追求,又是一种教育模式,同时也是一种育人态度。实施"精致育人"必须坚持制度为先、以学生为本和系统过程等原则。"三位一体精致化互补育人""年级差异精致化分层育人"和"特征差异精致化分类育人"等路径设计,为"精致育人"的深入研讨奠定了理论基础。 In the educational practice of enhancing the quality of education and talents cultivation,the concept of refinement is accepted in ideological and political education in colleges. As the ultimate purpose of refinement concept,'refined education'is not only the pursuit of value and a kind of educational mode,but also an educational attitude. The practice of 'refined education'must take regime as the precondition,put students in the center and stick to systematic procedure. The path design of 'triune and complementary refined education','grade discrepant refined education'and 'characteristic discrepant classified refined education'establishes a theoretical basis for the further study of 'refined education'.
