摘要
本研究以案例形式(Case study)呈现了四名澳大利亚联邦大学教师教育专业大四学生2014年4月在鞍山为期三周教育实习的经历和感受,以及中方指导教师及中方学生与外籍实习教师一起工作学习的感想和对他们的评价。研究数据显示这是一次中澳双方都一致认同并受益的跨文化教师教育交流的实践,并探析了双方不同的社会结构和文化背景所导致的教育理念和教学方法上的巨大差异。
This paper presents a case study of the experiences and reflections of four fourth year pre -service teachers from Federation University Australia who completed their three-week teaching placement in Anshan , Liaoning,China,in April,2014.The study also presents the perspectives and evaluations of the Chinese mentor teachers and Chinese students towards the Australian pre-service teachers .Research data shows that it was of mutual benefit to understand cross-cultural teacher education professional experiences for both parties .The teaching placement process revealed huge differences in educational philosophy and teaching strategies between the two because of the very different social and cultural contexts .
