高师院校的教师肩负着培养新一代教师的使命,科学、有效地利用个人知识管理工具促进高师院校教师的专业成长成为我们关注的课题。本文在定位高师院校教师个人知识管理的基础上,阐述了实施个人知识管理以促进高师院校教师专业发展的措施,以期为高师院校教师提供些许启示。

Teachers in normal universities shoulder the mission of cultivating a new generation of teachers.Therefore,how to use personal information to improve the growth of teachers scientifically and efficiently becomes our concern. This paper states on the management of personal information based on the personal information management and introduces appropriate tools expecting to provide enlightenments for our teachers.
