民族贫困地区民生改善状况与思考

Improving People's Livelihood in Poverty Stricken Areas

"十三五"时期,党和国家的工作重心是消除贫困,改善民生,决胜全面小康。文章以国家统计局相关数据为基础,对党的十八大以来民族贫困地区民生改善状况进行了阐述,对民族贫困地区民生脆弱性的表现及其原因进行分析,并提出构建民族贫困地区民生改善的长效机制。

During the 13th five-year plan period,the focus of the party and the state is to eradicate poverty and improve people’s livelihood.Article on the basis of the national bureau of statistics data,the vulnerability of the people’s livelihood in minority region and the reasons were analyzed,and the expounding of the 18th party congress of the people’s livelihood in minority region to improve the situation are described,and the livelihood of the people in minority region is proposed and the improvement of long-term mechanism.
