摘要
文章从所收集的真实医患门诊会话录音中随机抽取一篇作为语料,采用定性定量的研究方法,以系统功能语言学人际功能为视角对医患交互话语语篇进行分析。同时,文章从人际功能中的言语角色、语气和情态三个方面着手,分析语篇中的人际意义,阐述医患双方在会诊过程中出现的沟通问题,并提出相应的改进建议,为构建和维系良好的医患关系提供建设性意见。
Randomly selected from a collection of doctor-patient conversations,the transcript is studied by aquantitative and qualitative approach.The study is conducted from the perspective of interpersonal function,that is,speech roles,mood and modality,aiming to explore the interpersonal meaning of the doctor-patient discourse,find out some communicative problems during medical consultation and put forward some practical suggestions.Hopefully,it could provide some constructive ideas for establishing and maintaining a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
