摘要
探讨工作—家庭之间的关系与平衡是当前教育经济学和管理学的热点问题。本研究使用工作-家庭促进问卷、离职意向问卷和工作满意度问卷对贵州省293名中小学教师进行问卷调查,通过对三者关系的探讨来揭示工作-家庭促进在工作与家庭平衡中的作用机制。结果发现:工作-家庭促进与工作满意度显著正相关;工作-家庭促进、工作满意度与离职意向呈显著负相关;工作满意度在工作-家庭促进与离职意向之间起部分中介效应。结论:工作-家庭促进在工作—家庭平衡中起保护作用,它对教师离职倾向具有直接的缓冲功能,同时,也可通过工作满意度来间接改善和缓解教师的离职意向。
The study aimed to explore the relationships among work-family facilitation,job satisfaction and turnover intention.Totally 293primary and middle school teachers in Guizhou were selected.They were tested with questionnaire of work-family facilitation,questionnaire of job satisfaction,and questionnaire of turnover intention.The result shows that work-family facilitation was positively correlated with job satisfaction.Turnover intention was negatively correlated with work-family facilitation and job satisfaction.Job satisfaction has a mediating effect between work-family facilitation and turnover intention.
