摘要
文章以某车型车门焊装线为研究对象,根据生产纲领初步确定了生产工艺、生产节拍、现场布局等。基于西门子产品生命周期管理Tecnomatix系列软件eM-workplace(Robcad)平台,使用数字化工厂技术,建立了机器人点焊工作站的数字化工厂模型,验证了方案的可行性。最后,应用软件离线编程功能,经过现场校准和调试,将程序上传到机器人运行,缩短了项目开发周期。
This paper makes a research about a door welding line,and preliminarily determines the production process,cycle time and factory layout according to the production program.Based on the Siemens PLM Tecnomatix series software eM-workplace(Robcad),the paper establishes the digital factory model of the robot spot welding station by using digital factory technology,and verifies the feasibility of the process plan.Finally,through on-the-spot calibration and debugging,we upload the offline program to the robot by using offline programming function of software, the project development cycle is shortened.
