摘要
本文对葱属植物的 7个栽培品种的核型进行了分析 ,结果表明其染色体基数为 X=8,7个品种均为 2倍体 .葱王之王的核型公式为 2 n=2 x=16 =4 M+10 m+2 st(SAT) ,长白条葱的核型公式为 2 n=2 x=16 =12 m+2 sm+2 st(SAT) ,华丹 AD系大葱的核型公式为 2 n=2 x=16 =12 m +4sm ,80大葱的核型公式为 2 n=2 x=16 =12 m +2 sm +2 st(SAT) ,81大葱的核型公式为 2 n=2 x=16 =12 m +2 sm +2 st(SAT) ,掖辐号大葱的核型公式为 2 n=2 x=16 =12 m+2 sm+2 st(SAT) ,上海小葱的核型公式为 2 n=2 x=16 =10 m+4sm+2 st(SAT) ,除华丹 AD系大葱以外其它 7个品种都具有端部随体 ,随体均位于
In this paper, Karyotypes of seven cultivars in Allium L.were analyzed. The results showed that the basic number of chrosomose in all of the 7 cultivars were 8 (x=8).Their karyotype formulae were as follows: Congwangzhiwang, 2n=2x=16=4M+10m+2st (SAT); Changbaitiaocong, 2n=2x=16=12m+2sm+2st (SAT); Huadan series AD 2n=2x=16=12m+4sm; 80Dacong,2n=2x=16=12m+2sm+2st(SAT); 81Dacong, 2n=2x=16=12m+2sm+2st(SAT), Yifu No.1, 2n=2x=16=12m+2sm+2st(SAT), Shanghaixiaocong, 2n=2x=16=10m+4sm +2st (SAT). Except Huada series AD, all of the cultivars had satellites, which were located on the extremity of the short hands of st type chromosome
