本文通过对一个县级医院信息管理系统方案的设计和实施 ,提出了一种在小型医院实现计算机网络信息管理的技术 ,该技术通过建立药材数据库 ,形成了一个以药材数据库为中心、星形辐射的多模块网络管理系统 ,通过计算机划价、收费 ,解决了影响工作效率的瓶径问题 ,减轻了劳动强度。

In the paper,we put forward the technology by design and realization for the hospital in a town,which can be used to manage computer network for small hospital .We construct many modules network management system by starmodel and medicines database in middle,thorough construct medicines database,solve the problems of time consuming at charing.The technology can be used to decrease working and increasing efficiency.
