摘要
本文介绍了用双氧水氧化比色法测定含碘食品中的微量碘的方法 。
This thesis introduces a method of determining trace iodine in foodstuff with hydrogen peroxide solution as oxidant and colorimetric analysis, and explores the effects on results under different reaction condition.
