摘要
在兔、小鼠、豚鼠、鸡 4种动物上分别阻断不同AR后进行了加速胰岛素低血糖休克的研究。结果发现 :在兔上阻断α、β、β1 、β2 -AR均能加速胰岛素低血糖休克 ,休克率从 60 %分别增加到 85 7%、1 0 0 %、95 %和 90 % (P <0 0 0 5、0 0 0 5、0 0 0 5和 0 0 2 5 ) ;潜伏期从 1 31 4± 45 4(min ,下同 ) ,缩短为 1 1 6 1± 44 6;74 8± 2 9 3;86 2± 2 0 3;1 0 0 8± 2 1 5 (P >0 0 5和P <0 0 0 1、0 0 0 1、0 0 2 5 )。在小鼠上阻断α和β1 -AR可加速胰岛素低血糖休克 ,休克率从 47 3%增加到 78%和74% (均P <0 0 0 5 ) ;潜伏期从 1 64 8± 31 9缩短为 1 34 0± 45 6和 1 43 8± 45 6(P <0 0 0 5和0 0 2 5 ) ;而阻断β和 β2 -AR后反而延缓休克的发生 ,休克率下降到 3 4%和 1 5 9% (均P <0 0 0 5 ) ;潜伏期无显著变化。在豚鼠上阻断β -AR可加速胰岛素低血糖休克 ,休克率从 73 3%增加到 95 7% (P <0 0 5 ) ;潜伏期从 1 65 1± 47 6缩短为 1 1 8 3± 33 7(P <0 0 0 5 ) ;而阻断α -AR对休克率和潜伏期无显著影响 (P >0 2 5和 0 5 )。在鸡上阻断β -AR可加速胰岛素低血糖休克 ,休克率从 9 2 %增加到 1 0 0 % (P <0 0 0 5 ) ,潜伏期从 1 83 5± 1 0 9 6缩短为 90 9± 31
The experiments of accelerating the insulinogenic hypoglycemia shock was conducted after separately blocking different AR in rabbit,rat,cavian,fowl.The results were found:the shock was accelerated after separately blocking α,β,β 1 and β 2-AR in rabbit,the rate of shock from 60% increased to 85 7%,100%,95% and 90% (P<0 005?0 005?0 005和0 025) respectively,the incubating period from 131 4±45 4 (min,下同) decreased to 116 1±44 6,74 8±29 3,86 2±20 3,100 8±21 5(P>0 05和P<0 001,0 001,0 025)respectively.The shock of rat can be accelerated after separately blocking α and β 1-AR,the rate of shock from 47 3% increased to 78% and 74% (all P<0 005),the incubating period from 164 8±31 9 decreased to 134 0±45 6 and 143 8±45 6(P<0 005和0 025),but the appearunce of insulinogenic hypoglycemia shock can be delayed after separately blocking β-AR and β 2-AR,the rate of shock decreased to 3 4% and 15 9% (all P<0 005),the incubating period no significant effect.The shock can be accelerated after blocking β-AR in cavian,the rate of shock from 73 3% increased to 95 7%(P<0 05),the incubating period from 165 1±47 6 decreased to 118 3±33 7(P<0 005),but the block of α-AR no significant effect(P>0 25 and P>0 5).The shock of fowl can be accelerated after blocking β-AR,the rate of shock from 9 2% increased to 100%(P>0 005),the incubating period from 183 5±109 6 decreased to 90 9±31 3(P<0 01),but there was not significant effect after blocking α and β 1-AR (all P>0 25 and P>0 5).
