Study on the rearranging management of the informationization implementation processes of enterprises

在企业信息化实施过程中 ,为了适应不断变化的市场环境 ,常常需要对实施方案进行更改 .寻求简单有效的更改管理方法 ,对提高信息化实施过程的效率和成功率具有重要意义 .在设计结构矩阵 (DSM)的基础上 ,通过引入外部影响因素 ,建立了扩展 DSM.在分析扩展 DSM中各元素之间关系的基础上 ,提出了信息化实施过程更改度的概念及其相应的算法 .通过案例研究演示了如何应用扩展 DSM及更改度对企业信息化实施过程更改进行管理 ,验证了这种方法的实用性和有效性 .

The need to rearrange is inevitable during the implementation of enterprise informationization because of the constantly changing environment. It is very significant for improving the efficiency and success of enterprise informationization implementation to find a simple method to rearrange process management. An Extended DSM (Desing Strueture Matrix)was established through introducing the key external factor into the DSM. Based on the analysis of the relationship between the elements of the Extended DSM, the rearranging degree of informationization implementation processes is proposed, and the algorithm of the rearranging degree is developed. How to use the Extended DSM and the rearranging degree to rearrange management of the informationization implementation processes of an enterprise is demonstrated with a case study showing that the method is feasible and effective.
