摘要
目前广泛应用的点迹提取算法都不能很好地解决由于脉冲压缩所引起的距离展宽问题。为此作者在一维质量中心法的基础上提出了二维质量中心法 ,并结合远程警戒雷达的特点 ,设计了简化的峰值搜索算法。分析和仿真结果表明 :该文提出的算法比传统的面积中心法具有更高的估计精度。此外 ,该算法可以实现递推运算 ,占用存储空间少 ,易于工程实现。目前它已应用于某型远程警戒雷达的点迹提取系统中 。
Range extension caused by pulse compression is not well resolved in most automatic target position acquisition (ATPA) algorithms. This paper presents a two dimensional centroid algorithm, which is an extension of a one dimensional centroid algorithm. A simplified Peak Searching (PS) algorithm is also presented based on the characteristics of long range surveillance radar. Simulations show that this algorithm has higher estimation precision than the traditional area center (AC) algorithm. The algorithm is also easily implemented because of its recursive structure and low memory. The algorithm has already been successfully applied to a long range surveillance radar system.
