摘要
针对窄带数字网络中传输传统语音业务的质量和实时性问题 ,提出了一种在数字数据网络 (digital data net-work,DDN)专线上传输高质量语音和传真的解决方案。该方案有效地解决了窄带网络中实时业务接入的质量保证问题 ,并有良好的可扩展性。分析了该方案的组成、算法原理。特别在同步捕捉方面 ,提出了一种简单可靠的算法。通过对捕捉时间 ,保持时间 ,误同步概率和误失步概率等性能指标的分析 ,证明了该算法的优越性。实际测试表明 :该方案有良好的业务质量和稳定性 ,适合于企业级的综合业务接入 ,并且可以方便地移植到其他 Vo IP(voice over IP)的应用中。
A method is presented to transmit voice and fax on Digital Data Network (DDN) leased lines which guarantees high quality and real time service in a narrowband network. The method is described with algorithms for its implementation. The method provides a simple, reliable algorithm for synchronized catching with improved catching time, holding time and other key features. Practical tests show that this method not only provides stable, high quality performance which is suitable for integrated service in compainies, but can also be easily implemented in other VoIP (voice over IP) applications.
