摘要
本文研究了硅胶载体扩孔的最佳工艺条件,即考察扩孔液组分、酸度、扩孔压为(或温度)、扩孔时间等因素对扩孔后载体微孔结构的影响,引用有关理论分析,进行了实验验证,为催化剂设计及改进提供了有关依据。不同扩孔条件下得到的载体,制备成合成1,4-丁炔二醇的铜铋催化剂(φ5mm),用转框反应器及涓流床外循环微分反应器考评,表明扩孔后制成的催化剂在相同炔化反应条件下,活性有显著提高。
The optimum process condition for enlargement of the pore-size of silica-gel snpport has been studied in this paper, by examing the effects of some basic factors like solvent composition, pH value, operating pressure (or temperature) and processing time on the structure of micropores. Thus some basic principles and experimental methods are presented for design and improvement of solid catalysts.The supports obtained from different process conditions are turther prepared to Cu-Bi-SiO_2 catalysts (φ5mm) for 1, 4-butynediol synthesis, and a rotating basket reactor and an external recycle differential trickle-bed reactor are used to compare the prepared catalysts. It has been shown that under same reaction condition the modified catalyst activity can be raised up to 50~80%.
