牡丹江市乒乓球俱乐部发展现状研究

Research on the Development Status of Table Tennis Club in Mudanjiang City

运用访谈法和问卷调查法等研究方法,对牡丹江市区乒乓球俱乐部进行实地调查,了解牡丹江市区乒乓球俱乐部的发展现状,对其存在的问题进行分析,并提出一些针对性建议,对牡丹江市区乒乓球俱乐部的发展有很大意义。研究结果表明:牡丹江市区乒乓球俱乐部的地理位置比较合理,有利于全面发展牡丹江市区的市民参加乒乓球这一项目的运动;牡丹江市区乒乓球俱乐部的管理体制不够完善,导致某些俱乐部出现会员流动性较大的现象;牡丹江市区乒乓球俱乐部的青年教练员较少,专业水平一般是省队运动员退役和地方体校毕业的运动员,极少有国家队运动员退役下来的教练员;乒乓球俱乐部的消费人群中大部分是退休的工人,他们有足够的时间参加体育锻炼。

Making interviews,questionnaires and field investigation into the table tennis club in Mudanjiang area,it fully informed of the current situation of the development of table tennis clubs in Mudanjiang city,analyzing of the existing problems,and putting forward some suggestions for the future development of Mudanjiang city.Results show that:The location of the clubs are appropriate,supporting the citizens’participation of the game;the imperfect management of clubs results in frequent movements of clients;lack of young coaches,the team of which presently consists of post-professionals of provincial teams or local sport schools,with few from national teams;the majority of the clients are retired worders who have sufficient time to take exercises.
