社会支持视角下农村小学体育教师发展影响因素研究——以湖北省汉川市为例

深化教育体制改革,加强教育支持力度成为国家教育发展重要内容,在社会支持的大环境下,我国的体育教育事业迎来了新的发展机遇。农村的体育教育问题繁多。农村学校体育教师素质是制约农村体育教学发展的重要因素之一。通过本次研究理清制约农村小学体育教师发展的因素,制订应对方案促进农村体育教育事业发展。

Deepening the reform of education system and strengthening education support have become an important part of national education development.Under the environment of social support,China’s sports education has ushered in new development opportunities.There are many problems in physical education in rural areas.The quality of physical education teachers in rural schools is one of the important factors that restrict the development of rural physical education.Through this study,we will sort out the factors that restrict the development of rural primary school physical education teachers,and formulate countermeasures to promote the development of rural physical education.
