Componential Analysis of Minim Contents in the Balance Health Salt

摘要 本文采用氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定平衡保健盐中微量成分硒的含量。HNO3+H2O2(2+)湿法消化平衡保健盐样品,在酸性介质中加掩蔽剂消除干扰,其检出限为1.54×10-4μg/ml,RSD<3%,回收率在100.2%~100.6%。 It introduced that apply the method o f the hydride action and the atomic fl uorescence to measure selenium as a minim content in the balance health salt.Using HNO3and H2O f or treating the sample of the balance health salt,then it eliminates interferes with adding a masking agent in the acid medium.
