文章从市场定位、优质楼房、配套设施、物业管理、企业形象等方面入手,探讨房地产企业创名牌的方针和策略,指出企业应利用名牌效应提高经济效益。
On the basis of analyzing the market positioning, high quality housing and attached facilities, estate management and appearances of the enterprises, the paper discusses the guideline and tactics in creating famous - brand of the estate enterprises. The paper also holds that enterprises' famousbrand effects can increase their economic efficiencies.
