摘要
本文用生物化学发光测量仪(简称发光仪)研究了Mn3+引发淀粉丙烯腈接枝共聚反应体系的发光特征,结果表明:开始淀粉与丙烯腈接枝共聚反应体系发光值较小,处于反应活化期,此时几乎不发生接枝反应;但随着时间延长,活化期结束,体系发光值将有一个急剧上升并陡然下降过程,且发光值迅速下降的拐点可以看作是接枝共聚反应的终点。即用发光仪测定接枝共聚反应体系发光值随时间变化的情况,可以判断接枝共聚反应的终点。这一结论同样适用在Ce4+引发淀粉与丙烯腈接枝共聚反应体系中。
The character that the graft copolymerization of starch and acryonitrile(AN) , initiated by Mn3+ , could produce light was studied. The light intensity produced by the reaction system of starch with AN was low at the beginning of reaction . This period was activation time in which the graft copolymerization hardly happened. After the end of activation, the reaction system had a period in which the light intensity would rapidly go up and then suddenly fall down. The crosspoint of light suddenly falling down in the curve might be considered as the end point of the graft copolymerization, which is useful for catching the end of the reaction. The conclusion was also gained in the reaction system of starch and AN initiated by Ce4+.
