摘要
以低度酱香型白酒—茅台王子酒为样品 ,采用气相色谱—质谱联用技术直接进样分析了茅台王子酒的香气成分 ,共分离出 2 6个色谱峰 ,并鉴定了其中 2 2个成分 ,占其香气成分的 99 17%。
The fragrance compounds of Moutai prince liquor were isolated by derectly adding sample and analyzed with GC/MS.The GC profile showed 26 peaks,in which 22 compounds were determined,its occupied 99 17%.
