摘要
研究了多孔壳聚糖膜对乙醇 -水混合体系中微量有机酸的吸附性能。对影响其吸附性能的各种因素如壳聚糖膜的制备方法、乙醇 -水体系的酒精度、酸度及其温度等进行的研究表明 ,使用壳聚糖膜能够有效地从白酒中吸附清除一定的有机酸 ,并且可以根据具体的要求 ,选择适当的工艺操作条件 ,以达到预期的效果。据此 。
Porous chitosan membranes were prepared and their adsorption properties for organic acids were investigated.The effects of alcohol concentration,cross-linking degree of membranes,temperature,and a kinds of acids on the adsorption were conducted.The experimental results show that organic acids could be removed by porous chitosan membrane.
