摘要
利用我院现有微型啤酒设备 ,开发研制采用上面啤酒酵母发酵的全麦营养型黑啤酒。产品色泽诱人 ,润喉消暑 ,健胃消食 ,口感醇厚 ,回味绵长。全麦芽、进口酵母酿造并添加营养剂 ,营养丰富 ,含有十几种氨基酸和丰富的B族维生素。
<Abstract ADSTRACT: This paper was to develop whole-malt nutrional Black-beer by top-beer yeast with mini-equipment of our college. The characteristics of this product were tempting colour, moisting throat, getting rid of heat, healthing stomach, digestive and it tasted mellow and lasting. This product were made of whole-malt and import top-beer yeast,in addition added nutrional material.It contain rich amino acid and vitamin B complex.<
