The paper introduces that Rieter Perfojet has developed a new spunbonding technology, called Perfobond, which has high perfomance, stable process and flexibility and the process parameters can be complete controlled. Perfobond system can produce conventional lightweigh products at the rate of 300 kg/h per meter, per beam.
