The shortage of efficient demand is the important factor of restricting the economic development in our country.Improving the investment environment and stimulating private investment are the necessary means of attracting the investment of high imcome people and enlarging employment.In order to expand the consumption demand and step up the economic development,the incomes of low and middle income people should be increased,the perfect social welfare system should be established and the expectation of income and payment should be stabilized.
