摘要
校本课程作为对应于国家统一课程并以学校内外成员为主体而开发研制的课程 ,其根本功能是育人 ,这种育人功能表现为校本课程具有培养富有主体性和个性、全面发展且主动发展的学生的功能 ,且有塑造研究型教师的功能 ,具有造就专家型校长的功能。除此 ,校本课程还具有彰显学校特色、创设特色学校的功能以及对学校和社会的统合功能。另外 ,校本课程还有针对参与校本课程开发的个体或群体的指向、激励和评价等功能。当然 ,校本课程也有其负面影响 ,这同样应引起注意 ,并加以研究和设法克服之 。
School-based courses are the courses developed in response to the uniform national curriculum and with the people inside and outside school as the main body. Their fundamental function is to cultivate people of ability. The positive functions are manifested as functions of educating students rich in subjectivity and personality, all-round development on their own initiative, producing teachers of the research type, and having a principal as an expert. Besides, school-based courses have the characteristics of exhibiting the features of the school, creating the school with special properties, and integrating the school with society. Furthermore, school-based courses also have the functions of orienting, stimulating and evaluating the individuals and groups participating in the school-based courses. Nevertheless, school-based courses have their negative effects, which equally deserve our attention and should be studies and overcome, so that school-based courses will advance healthily.
