本文认为 ,知识传授与能力培养 ,历来是中学历史教学的两大重要目标。在当今世界 ,重视能力培养已成为一种世界性大趋势。正因如此 ,在人们普遍比较重视知识传授的今天 ,强调能力培养有着十分重要的意义。

This article maintains that imparting knowledge and fostering ability have always been two paramount targets of teaching history at middle schools. In the contemporary world, stressing the fostering of ability has become world-wide tendency. Just because of this, today, when people are laying emphasis on imparting knowledge universally, it is of great importance to stress the fostering the ability of students.
