摘要
从老瓜头(Cynanchum komarovii Al.Iinski)中又分得5个化合物,根据理化常数、波谱分析及化学反应鉴定为:(13aR,14R)-14-经基-7-脱甲氧娃儿藤碱(Ⅻ),(13aR,14R)-14-羟基-7-脱甲氧娃儿藤碱氮氧化物(ⅩⅢ),Cynatratoside A(ⅩⅣ),槲皮素(ⅩⅤ),槲皮素-3-[β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(1→2)]-β-D-吡喃半乳糖甙(ⅩⅥ),其中ⅩⅢ为新化合物,Ⅻ的物理常数、波谱数据为首次报道。
Five compounds were isolated from the stems of Cynanchum komarovii Al. Iljinski. They were elucidated as(13aR, 14R)-14-hydroxyantofine(Ⅻ), (13aR, 14R)- 14-hydroxyantofin N-oxide (ⅩⅢ), cynatratoside-A(ⅩⅣ), guercetin(ⅩⅤ), guercetin -3-[β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→2)]-β-D-galactopyranoside (ⅩⅥ) by means of spectral analysis and through chemical methods. ⅩⅢ is a new compound, and the physical constants and spectral data of Ⅻ are firstly reported.
