摘要
秘书的劳动价值具有间接性、隐匿性的特点,其劳动成果往往容易被忽略。本文从经济价值、社会价值两方面对秘书的劳动价值进行阐述,以便于正确认识、测定和评价秘书的劳动成果,科学地实施秘书工作管理,佯护秘书人员的工作积极性。
The working value of the secretary is not very obvious and it is likely to be overlooked by people. This article analyzes the working value of the secretary from the aspects of economic and social value, so that we can better evaluate the working fruits of the secretary and set up scientific management system to ensure their initiative.
