邓小平同志在领导建设有中国特色社会主义的实践过程中,继承、丰富和发展了马列主义、毛泽东思想的领导理论,形成了他特有的包括领导宗旨、领导制度、领导方法等各项内容在内的领导思想体系,并且成为邓小平理论的重要组成部分。

In the process of leading the Chinese people in the construction of the socialist country with Chinese characteristics, Deng Xiaoping inherited, enriched and developed the theory of Marxism and Mao Zedong Thought on the leadership. He formed his peculiar thought which includes the aim of the leadership, the regulation of the leadership and the method of the leadership and now it has become an important part of Deng Xiaoping Theory.
