摘要
教师的创新观念是教师推行创新教育的认识前提。教师的创新观念主要包括 :创新价值观、创新平凡观、培养创新素质的教育目标观、多元人才观、动态的知识观、立足发展的教学观。
Teachers' viewpoints of innovation is the prerequisite for their implementing innovative education. Their innovative points of view mainly include those of: innovative values, ordinariness of innovation, educational aim of cultivating innovative quality, multi-function people of ability, dynamic knowledge, development-based instruction, individuality-focused view of student as the subject, etc.
