WTO Protecting Measures is known in full as 'Protecting Measures for Freedom from Damages of Imports'. Recent years have seen the rapid and continuous increase of cases of protecting measures and China has become its victim. With China's entry into the WTO, more countries will possibly take protecting measures directed to the Chinese products. The countermeasures that China should take are: 1. study carefully and make use of laws to protect our legal rights and interests, 2. open the information channels, 3 . establish and strengthen the effective mechanism of applying protecting measures.
