全面提高体育教师的各方面素质是形势发展的需要,是搞好学校体育教学工作的关键。本文就知识经济的特征、体育教师的思想品德素质、知识结构和能力结构进行分析探讨,以提高体育教师应具备的素质和学校体育教学工作的质量。
The 21 century is an economic globalization and knowledge economy age. Comprehensively imporving the P. E teachers' quality in every aspects is the needs of developing situation, and it' s the key to good P. E. teaching in the school .This paper analyses and probes into the features of economy knowledge,the quality of P.E. teachers thinking and morality the knowledge structure and the ability structure in order to inprove what quality the P.E. teachers' should hare,and also improve their teaching quality.
