New Thought on Construction of Human Personality

在当今社会转型期,人也在转型,其基本特征是人格的分离和价值观的困窘,人成为“无所遵循”的人。为此,必须实现人的转型。社会主义市场经济体制改革的深入和社会主义民主法制建设的发展,要求参与市场活动的人应具备一个具有时代特质的理想人格。我们认为,新时期的理想人格应是:“自我实现”型人格。

At present,with the transforming of the society,human beings are transforming as well. This can be seen in two aspects: the separation of personalities and the embarrassing situation of value. Consequently,members of the society have become bewildered or lost. Hence,it is highly necessary to fulfill the transformation of human beings. Those who participate in marketing should possess the ideal personality which exhibits the unique feature of the time,which is demanded during the deepening of the reform of socialist marketing system and the development of the construction of socialist democratic legislation. We maintain that self-realization is the fundamental feature of the ideal personality in this new age.
