摘要
介绍了脱墨浆油墨粒子浓度和尘埃度对脱墨浆白度和裂断长的影响 ,介绍了脱墨浆中金属离子的变化 ,进行了浮选渣、气浮渣和回用水的质量分析 ,提出了气浮渣有再浮选回收纤维的可能。
The effect of ink concentration and flakes in the deinked pulp on its brightness and breaking length was discussed in this paper. The change of metal ions content in deinked pulp was also introduced. The quality analysis of sludges from flotation cell and dissolved air flotation cell and recycled waters were carried out. The results show that the ink concentration in deinked pulp is the main and important factor affecting the pulp brightness. The flakes in deinked pulp is one of the factors affecting the breaking length of deinked pulp. The ink concentration in the sludge of dissolved air flotation cell is only a little higher than that in deinked pulp. So it is possible to recover the fiber from this sludge.
