摘要
通过正交试验找出最佳参数 ,对微波干燥涂布纸板进行了研究。结果表明 :(1 )微波干燥对涂布纸板具有较好的适用性。干燥效率高 ,设备简单 ;(2 )微波强度中等干燥效果较好 ,应用时应采用间歇式加热或作为纸板预加热 ;(3)微波干燥较普通干燥方式增加了涂布纸板的耐折度 ,对挺度、环压强度影响不大。
With orthogonally experiment design and optimizing the process parameters, the microwave drying of the coated cardboard was studied. The results indicate that: (1) the microwave drying is suitable for the coated cardboard drying with higher drying efficiency and simpler equipment; (2) the drying efficiency is better with the middle microwave strength and intermittent drying or preheating is recommended; (3) the folding strength is increased, the stiffness and ring crush strength of the board are not much influenced.
