My Opinion on Implementing Credit Hour System in Distance Open Education

教学管理模式的改革是远程开放教育“人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”研究的重要内容之一 ,推行学分制教学管理模式对其有着重要的意义 ;建立学分制教学管理是一项系统工程 ,学校的各方面工作都应作出相应的调整 ;学分制的推行不仅是对教学管理操作程序的设计及学分的计算 ,更应对教育思想和教育观念等问题作深层次的重新审视。

The renovation of teaching management mode is one of the important content of the 'pilot program of talent training mode renovation and open education'. Implementing credit hour system is very important to this program. It is a systematic project to establish credit hour management system. Every functional department in the university must readjust to adapt to it. This renovation will not only change the managing operation process of our education, but will also have deep influence on our thinking and concept of education.
